  Purchased tires 4 weeks ago from this location. I had a damaged tire, but its warrantied from Continental tires, its called Total Confidence Plan and you don't have to pay extra for it. I spoke to Continental tires and Mavis IS an authorized dealer contracted with them. They are supposed to inspect the damaged tire and return it to Continental I then get a new one.
  
  They tell me at this place to go somewhere else to get my tire replaced even though I bought it from this location (look at the included receipt pic), they told me that I have to PAY again for the tire and Continental would reimburse me (100% FALSE) . I went to ETD tire in Lyndhurst and they took care of me and sent back the damaged tire for me and gave me a new tire.
